I've always been a fan of nickel hardware in kitchens and in our recent kitchen revamp we used nickel and we love the look. I have noticed recently though that gold and brass seem to be back in vogue. There are some great examples around and I think they look really stylish when done well but I'm not sure I could make the transition. What do you think? Would you stick with silver tones in the kitchen or be bold and add some gold or brass?

I would have to stay with the silver and chrome! I think it is better stay with what you like rather that to follow the trend. Letitia xx

I always love white kitchens, especially when they have black accents. The gold pendant lights really look chic!
