Joy this week friends! A US favourite of mine - J Crew - are now shipping their fine goods all the way to Oz (and tons of other places too!) and free shipping and returns until 30 April 2012!

The unexpected and another pink couch...

An interesting and eclectic mix to be found in this lovely space! The first thing that drew my eye was the  gorgeous pink couch (naturally!) but when I look at all the other pieces in the room, I wouldn't in a million years have the foresight to put them together but I think they all work so well. The modern lighting, the rustic wooden table and those director's chairs. That shade of grey on the walls is the perfect backdrop too. All-in-all an unexpected and clever space...

Wednesday's white rooms...

Ok, so I'm cheating this week! This week's white rooms have a twist of citrus goodness. So fresh and bright don't you think?

Gold and coral workspace...

There's something about the combination of gold and coral colours that gets me every time. That fabulous gold screen is the star of the show but that desk is pretty fabulous too. And the whole look is finished off perfectly with some gorgeous accessories, textured rugs and pretty flowers. The perfect workspace :)

Patterned perfection...

To my mind, a little bit of pattern (or a lot actually!) in an outfit can go a long way. Loving these gorgeous florals and whilst I couldn't carry off green snakeskin, I can certainly appreciate it! And more to the point, I'm indulging in the spring time fashion that's going on in the northern hemisphere as I prepare for a chilly Melbourne winter where grey is always the key colour on the local fashion landscape...

This week I loved these photos from luxury Parisian linen house Yves Delorme which featured on The Glamourai. So pretty and whimsical. And as such as the linens are stunning, I was a bit taken by the big turquoise chairs!

This one is a little unexpected. Purple isn't usually a colour I'd think of putting with orangy-red tones but I think it makes for a dramatic, high impact combination...

Macaron inspired living...

I'm currently trying to come up with some new colour inspiration for our living room - fabulous cushions, a rug, lampshades. Do you think people would find me a bit odd if I said my colour inspiration was a half eaten plate of macarons?!

St Patrick's Style...

At the risk of offending some wonderful friends who love love love St Patrick's Day celebrations, I must say this is by far the most stylish St Patrick's Day inspired event I've ever seen.  Forget the leprechauns and Guinness (though I do spot some of that - fabulously styled though!), St Patrick's Day with roses, glitter and a paper straw or two is my kind of celebration...

This week's love...

Spotted many a thing to love this week friends! First up, the long awaited new edition of Lonny. One of my favourite articles was on designer Amanda Nisbet. I love seeing the workspaces of creative folk and hers is a stunner...

Also, new look edition of Ivy & Piper - some very lovely homes and finds here. Was also excited to read about the new range of bright fabrics the girls have designed! Great patterns and colours...

And lastly, loving the revamped Furbish store. This settee stole my heart...how fabulous is this vintage fabric?! Having major shopping regret...should have snapped it up when I first spotted it. All sold now...

And this little number wasn't far behind...

Neon wedding inspiration...

So from one extreme to another - white yesterday and super bright today! Ok, so a neon wedding would be far too bright for many of you, but wouldn't you say it makes for a very fun photo shoot?!

Wednesday's white room's...

Well I'm back after a very long weekend (spent finally finishing off most of the renovations!) with some very lovely white rooms. This week's rooms have one thing in common - grandeur! Inspired by my latest TV addiction - Revenge. I'm sure many of you are all over this one but if you haven't seen it, you must get onboard! For the lovely houses alone! I actually am really enjoying the whole show but the sets are amazing. 

And these pictures are only half as grand in scale as the sets on the show!

This week I'm loving these divine ceramics that I spotted over at great online store Everything Begins. My china cabinet needs those flamingos!
