This week's love...

Couple of things of note this week. First up, the new Manifesto Magalog from Society Social - the makers of those bright and beautiful bar carts. Packed with colourful inspiration and all of their latest designs, it's worth a good pour over if you haven't checked it out already! Find it here.

And also, earlier this week Foxtel (which is pay tv here for the non-Aussie readers) were showing the David Jones Spring/Summer Fashion launch and I'll admit to being glued to the screen! Such lovely things for the coming seasons and such a variety of beautiful pattern and colour. Much pretty to be found! Miranda was of course the star of the show and looked pretty amazing. My favourite was this first dress by Ginger & Smart...

Spotted office glam

Loving all the details that make up this striking home office I spotted over La Dolce Vita. The Thibaut Tanzania wallpaper is the perfect backdrop for all those wonderful black, white and gold accessories. And I'm particularly taken by the etageres - much more impressive than your average bookshelf and they don't cover up all that spotted goodness! The office belongs to interior designer, Tiffany Richey. Such an inspiring space in which to work...

Wednesday's white rooms

This week's white rooms are gorgeous kitchens with one thing in common - subways tiles that stretch all the way to the ceiling. Some great flooring in these rooms too - parquetry and tessellated tiles. Two of my favourites...

Bedroom styling...

I'm a big fan of the 'how to style' series over at The Everygirl. The latest instalments are about styling bed heads and bed side tables and are put together by colour loving Jamie Meares from Furbish Studio. I love her style at the best of times but these vignettes really got my attention. Just loving those green bedsides and the big turquoise lamps....

This week's love...

I think this first Bally poster that I spotted over at Est magazine needs to make its way to my place pretty soon. And maybe even the second one for that matter! I had seen and admired the last two classics many times but not these first two. Love a great new discovery like that! You can buy a big assortment of vintage Bally posters here.

Striking combination - neon and black

I managed a little flit around the shops earlier this week and was excited to see that bright is definitely in for the spring/summer season here. And the brightest of them all - neon - is here in a big way! It's a pretty striking combination when teamed with black wouldn't you say?!...

This week's white rooms have some lovely grey tones throughout. The addition of pattern and texture makes them interesting and stylish despite their simple colour palette. Of course, I'd always feel the urge to add a bit more colour but for those who tire of it easily, grey is the perfect neutral in my books...

Ultimate coffee tables...

A well styled coffee table can be a real focal point in any living room and can act to showcase a person's style and personality. Here are a few of my favourite coffee table looks brimming with colour, flowers and of course plenty of books! I really love a glass or lucite table with a bright patterned rug underneath. The rug doesn't get buried under a heavy table and the pieces on the table really pop...

Mellow yellow...
